    Reluctant to buy because box was open in photo(s), but I read the description and it specifically says the remote is included - After communicating with the Seller I decided to purchase despite the shipping also being rather high to my opinion... He ended up lowering the offer price by $5.00, but decided not to ship the remote along with the manuals - I contacted the Seller and wanted an explanation but honestly feel it was intentional that he sent me the device this way.........

    When I was packing the item on Christmas Day in order to rush the shipping I forgot to pack the remote control for the Player. The Post office was closing in minutes and I was trying to surprise the Buyer with the Delivery before New Year. After receiving the box the Buyer (paying the lowest price) without any warning left a very nasty unfair negative feedback instead of being human and just ask me. After few emails with tons of apologies from me & offer to send the remote to him --HE REFUSED!
