The two handles have different sized hydraulic pumps so that less effort is required on the right handle to apply the same force but with slower movement of the ram. The wheels make it easy to pull around and it will stand upright for storage and is quite stable. I cut various sizes of log to act as spacers to minimize the range of ram movement required.

Not too difficult to use and so far has split all the Ash logs presented to it. Much safer than an axe.

The seller dealt with this in a professionall manner, and helped in assuring it was not any more unpleasant than it had been due to the incompetent courier..
