Item received in good shape and on time. Unfortunately, I allowed myself to be fooled into paying a price for the 4 cd set, but only received the 16 track sampler. Looking back I saw the listing did say this, but the price definitely looked like the box set price.

Product EXACTLY as described on eBay listing. Customer error - he did not read the details of the listing indicating that the item was a PROMO. He never contacted us for a return due to his error but proceeded to post neutral feedback. We have been doing this since 1998 on eBay, with 100% positive feedback. If he had an issue (due to his error), he should have contacted us to work something out before posting feedback.
