So the charge you were given was unlawful on their part. We have raised this with Royal Mail b4 and they have stated that some Royal Mail sorting offices have the wrong information. It is frustrating knowing that we have used their online service and 99.9% of our magazine sales are delivered without incident.

When I opened it, I sadly noticed a gouge in the left arm, and the incorrect left hand (not as described). However, when I requested a return (no returns), not only did the seller 1) immediately accept the return, they 2) offered to source the parts and send for free, 3) offered a free store credit as apology, and 4) offered a partial refund if I wanted to keep the item and source a new arm myself. Honestly, I’m completely satisfied!!
