The items were exactly as described and as pictured. I was able to install the parts into my dryer and my dryer works great! I originally gambled and purchased a transformer at what seemed like an amazing price, as the price was very low and included shipping. Poorly taped box arrived empty and was compromised. Seller provided a more expensive transformer at the price of the original. Communication was excellent.
