    Item not as described

    The speed of the processor supplied was 1.8 GHz, not 2.4 and it was impossible to read the laser etching through the packaging and of course, the supplier is not interested once the seal is broken.

    Excellent value CPU

    Many people give up on their old PCs because they're so slow, when a quick CPU upgrade will make a worthwhile difference. Most old Celeron and Pentium D, 775 socket processors will take a substantial upgrade. This one extended the life of a computer for £7.00 including postage. A simple removal of the heatsink, cleaning its base, remove the old CPU, put the replacement in, a dob of thermal paste and replace the heatsink and fan. Done in less than 5 minutes. It's so simple and quick. The PC BIOS instantly recognises the new CPU and you're away.
