    I've bought several of these headsets from this seller. Until recently the quality was good for used items. However this changed with the last three headsets I received from them. The seller was good and replaced the last unit I bought from them but the replacement also failed within mere hours. Seller is unwilling to send another. I would not complain but when something breaks upon its very first use that's not acceptable.

    Without having buyer to return the item, I shipped him the replacement unit. But it turned out not to the quality that buyer expected. I understand, something like this could happened. Buyer still welcome to return both of them back to us for refund.

    Lightweight with good features

    I would have given it 5 stars but you can't get too far from your phone.I thought I read somewhere that you can get up to 90ft from your phone, but I can't get 20ft. away. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the ease of use and the battery lasts me all day. I do wish it fit a little more snug on my ear.
