    A Chemist's View

    My wife needed ferric sulfate for her garden. I work as a R&D chemist at a large chemical manufacturing plant. I told her that it would be easy to find at any garden center. So, she put me in charge of the search. We now live in a very small town, where there aren't many shopping options. (I'm used to living in large cities, where I can find anything.), I tried the local feed store, where they didn't know what ferric sulfate was. I tried Tractor Supply, Lowes, in the larger towns nearby. Finally, I resorted to shopping the internet. Home Depot had a product that was junk - only 1% Fe in a weak 1-1-0 fertilizer. I searched other products. Finally, I found this product on eBay. The product is good, the price is good and the delivery was fast. Thanks.
