We cannot specify a delivery time on any parcel. Delivery is usually made between 8am & 6pm weekdays.
All parcels ordered before 4pm will be sent by us that same working day. 97% of our parcels are delivered the very next day. Sometimes, unfortunately couriers experience problems i.e road transport, weather or depot issues which is out of our control.
Please contact us on 0800 195 98 97 for product returns or possible faults. In the instance of any manufacturing faults we will replace the battery within 48 working hours and collect the old battery too. We cannot exchange a flat (discharged) battery, only faulty products. Your warranty is with us, we do not offer refunds. We only replace items in the rare event of a faulty product under warranty.
If you purchase a battery but then change your mind, we cancel your order at no cost as long as the parcel has not left our premises. If the parcel has left, then we would refund minus postage fees of £6.95.

Before we can accept return of a faulty battery, you should have the battery VOLTS & CCA (Cold Cranking Amps) tested locally likes ATS, Quick fit or Halfords.
Our product warranties cover product replacement only i.e. we guarantee the product against physical failure for the duration of x years (usually 4) We will supply a replacement battery in the instance of product failure during that period.
EXCHANGE
If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us, within seven days of exchange or refund. Returns will take approximately 5 working days for the process once the goods have arrived. Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packaging materials, manuals blank warranty cards and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.
If our labels are removed from the product – the warranty becomes void.
We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery.
All shipping back to Advanced Battery Supplies is paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund you postal fees.
Any product returned found not to be defective can be refunded within the time stated above and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover our administration costs. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customers expense.
If you are returning items for exchange please be aware that a second charge may apply.
WARRANTIES (warranties are non transferable)
A battery is “a live” product. Whether it is in storage or in service, it has a finite life. Once a battery has been filled it will very slowly self discharge. To ensure your battery does not discharge to the point of where it can be damaged (sulphated) or incapable of giving the performance of its designed service life, you should give the battery regular checks and recharges. Low mileage can cause batteries to drain for car batteries. So its important check voltage reading and charge the battery at least once a year. We recommend leisure batteries should be charged every month, especially in the winter months. Batteries with a voltage of 12.30 volts should be recharged immediately.
A battery that is 2-3 years old may still be serviceable for a number of years, but because of “wear and tear” a test may show just 75% of health. This applies to both car batteries and leisure batteries. A leisure battery is cyclic, so will perform x amount of cycles in its life. A leisure battery may be used for example on a window cleaning machine system that is used 4 hours a day for 5 days a week. This amount of use means the battery will perform all of its cycles within 1 – 2 years even though the battery may have a 3 year warranty.

This warranty does not apply to batteries that break or fail to abuse or neglect such as
Incorrect or under specified battery type fitted to a vehicle or application
Charge system problem/incorrect charging creating an overcharge or under charge situation
Prolonged storage of a car battery or minimal use of the battery
Electrical faults, Shorts, Excessive loads or loose wiring
Battery modifications such as terminal changes
Deep discharge of leisure batteries or deep discharge application where the battery will perform all of its cycles before the warranty ends
We cannot exchange a flat (discharged) battery, only faulty products. If something on the vehicle has drained the battery, or the alternator has failed, this would not cover under warranty. Below is an example of a batteries state of charge.
100% charged = 12.73 volts
70% charged = 12.37 volts
40% charged = 11.96 volts
10% charged = 11.51 volts

Machinery, Fork Lift Trucks, Tractors, Taxi vehicles, Black Cabs using 643, 663, 644, 664 type commercial batteries or any type of leisure battery are only guaranteed for 12 months due to extreme cycle usage. Start Stop Taxi are given 3 years warranty with AGM battery types.
We do not accept product returns that are caused by vehicles with malfunctioning alternators. We also do not accept product returns from owners of vehicles that are driven for less than 30 miles per week. Where the vehicle is driven less than 30 miles per week the battery is not charged regularly enough to be considered normal operation. We would advise the regular use of a battery maintenance charger. This includes leisure batteries such as those used in Motorhomes, Caravans, Boats etc.
VOID WARRANTY
We recommend car and leisure batteries must be kept above 12.10 volts. Your warranty will be void if the battery has been discharged below 10.60 volts (100% discharged).
Negligence on your part may be investigated if we doubt that your claim is genuine.
POWERPLUS LIFETIME GUARANTEE
The PowerPlus Lifetime guarantee battery refers to the lifetime of the vehicle its being purchased for.
You are required to provide the registration number of the vehicle when ordering the battery for us to honour the warranty and also for us to confirm fitment.
How does the guarantee work?
The lifetime guarantee is not transferable between vehicles or customers.
If the battery is found to be faulty, we will replace it within 24 working hours nationwide, free of charge.
We will carry a complete health check on the battery and diagnose if it is actually faulty or discharged.
If the registration is not given at the time of purchasing the battery, the warranty will be void. You can enter the reg number on the checkout page of our website.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing faults that arise within the battery ie if the battery develops a bad cell, a break inside the battery or loss of cranking.
If the battery has been discharged by an electrical fault or any other problems that is not a battery manufacturing issue, they will sadly not be covered under the guarantee.
How does the guarantee work?
The list below outlines some battery issues that are not manufacturing defects and are not covered by the lifetime guarantee.
Overcharging. This can be caused by a fault in the vehicles charging system.
Sulfation. This can happen if the vehicle is stood for long periods without use. Its recommended to recharge the battery once a month if the vehicle is doing less than 3000 miles a year.
Misuse. Wear and tear from over tightening terminals or any other physical damage caused by misuse.
Incorrect Application. The battery must be used on a vehicle with an alternator and must be used for the vehicle with the given registration number only.

We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive your products ordered. Please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Advanced Battery Supplies immediately, this will be given special priority and you can expect to receive the correct item within 72 hours. Any incorrect items received all delivery charges will be refunded back to you.
