    Very disappointed that while the description stated Birkenstock, these are NOT a branded item. Further disappointed that the seller would not exchange for a larger size or refund when asked. As they are fake clogs, the sizing is then unknown until they arrive. A refusal to refund/replace feels like a cynical ploy. Further, the delivery time was extremely long. Overall not a brilliant interaction and would avoid in future.
