Seller was telling me the phone was as described -when on the box it came in -it CLEARLY said: 2 and 3 G. I had to take photos and plead my case. I had to contact Ebay Customer Service to open a case and it took forever to arrange a free return label. Seller said I HAD TO PAY FOR SHIPPING initially...
