      New item, OK for the price but surprisingly lightweight ~ fine for me, but if you do need a "professional" pan (as titled) for heavier use, this isn't it. Timely dispatch, early Royal Mail delivery but poor packaging for a business seller: no protective padding inside the makeshift box, so the handle had broken through in transit. As a former private seller even I wouldn't have posted this item in such unserviceable packaging. Luckily no damage done, but maybe worth thinking about? Thanks, CJ
