Reported this back to the seller who claimed that they "opened every package to ensure that he item is new" - which sounds like the ramblings of a lunatic. eBay were very good at providing a refund, but I wouldn't want to rely on that, and I would NOT use this seller again. (oh, and delivery was slooowwww!!!)
