The pencil arrived 10 days after the supposed dispatch date poorly packaged in one unpadded envelope within a second unpadded envelope: ridiculous. The pencil was defective; the propelling mechanism just did not work. I sent a polite message to the seller asking what they would do to resolve this. Within minutes a reply was received stating that the pencil was tested before dispatch and what is the issue? There is a pattern emerging with this seller. Avoid.
