(757)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseThis review is on behalf of my customer's experience who sought a graphics card repair, for high fans spinning, if you want a graphics card repair, Torus is all positive to get your repair before hand, then when they receive the graphics card, its all doom and gloom and months of waiting level 1 cost wait 2-3 weeks - level 2 wait more at more cost, its the worst service I have ever experienced.Reply from: torus_field- Feedback replied to by seller torus_field.- Feedback replied to by seller torus_field.Customer had dropped the Card and had visibly dented the backplate onto the circuit board, shorting out the memory power supply. Customer powered up the card and destroyed all 10 DDR6X VRAM and the GPU Core internal memory controller and pretty much everything else that sits on the 5V supply.Card was then passed to me to fix, but unfortunately after extensive diagnosis, the only option would be to buy a donor card and transfer the blown components to the damaged card.Doom and Gloom indeed...
