    Love this Tow Truck!

    I have wanted this set for a very long time. I love the detail and its awesome look. It's a great addition for Technic Collectors who specifically like to collect big trucks as this thing can tow a big technic truck behind it. I had to get used to the old style instruction manual though, they identified the coupler pieces as a different lego piece that didn't exist just yet so it took me a moment to realize what coupler pieces they were actually referring to. But I still was able to build it no problem. I only found a couple pieces actually missing, but had some spare parts to replace the missing pieces without having to order those. I recommend this build to anyone who loves lego Technic trucks.

    BEWARE

    I bought this set with the intention of doing minor modifications to it and making a custom boom for it but when I unboxed it I discovered that the chrome smoke stack tops were missing, the wheels were painted chrome one of the side tank caps was missing, the yellow spool was partially painted dark grey, missing one of the transparent yellow lights on top, missing 3: 1x1x1/3 round chrome pieces, and to top it all off, every single black panel on the truck was painted black. I just finished buying all the parts that should have been included in this “complete” and spent almost $300 (US) I’m not saying don’t buy this but be cautious.
