    Arrived quick and well packed, however didn t work properly so asked for to return and refund. Then despite returning back super quick, no communication and seller did not refund and I had to ask ebay to step in and sort out for me.

    The item worked perfectly, it was brand new when it was sent to the buyer. Buyer obviously trying it on as probably went and bought another cheaper. I tried to refund 4 times the next day and it kept saying unable to refund with an error on the page. I was unable to contact ebay as I have been away. The buyer was too quick in leaving a negative and contacting ebay, without communicating with myself. Some people have no patience especially when the item is not faulty.
