It is likely the damage occured whilst in transit so I will contact royal mail. Overall I was pleased with the service. Return shipping was on point and there was a good effort on communication. Seller was fair & provided a 30 pounds partial refund + swapped the rear panel for me at a low cost of 10 pound. They made it right.
