    Item was lost by Royal Mail and buyer was advised that RM were being chased. Buyer threatened to leave negative feedback, and it is this aggressive nature that was questioned which clearly the buyer did not like and has chosen to use that same word ‘aggressive’ in leaving negative feedback for a situation that was purely RM’s fault, and after having had the refund speedily sent anyway.
