Packaging needs more thought: box literally enormous for the volume of content and no padding was used to restrict movement, so 13 boxes of filters were free to rattle around inside. I don't know if there are genuine Panasonic batteries, I don't know if they were used or not. Raise the issue with the seller and and it took him three working days to reply with very generic automated email. I am not impressed with customer service, even when it was a very low value purchase
