      Great idea, but hard for me to use

      My chiropractor recommended this and in theory I think it's a great idea and it may work great for some people, but not so much for me. Reason: I have hand and wrist issues and not much upper body strength and I couldn't quite master the counter balance required for some of the neck exercises, which is why I purchased it in the first place.

      Works great

      My back gets knots that require pressure to help work them out. My wife's hands are just not strong enough to do it. I purchased this so I could do it as I can't afford those expensive messages but something had to be done. I would recommend this. Read the instructions as you can hurt yourself if you are not careful.

      Perfect fit

      I love my Theracane! This is so handy to find all the knots and I've not found any place that I couldn't reach. I've also discovered it is a great form of therapy for my upper back and shoulders when I'm tense. LOVE this product! I think everyone should try one!

      Gets the kinks out ...

      Very pleased with the Theracane. I purchased a video to get the exercises and found that very helpful. (There really isn't any "wrong" way to use it. It helps a lot with sore muscles and gets to the spot easily. Would highly recommend it to anyone.
