I ordered the key as asked which was easy enough and asked Ian a question about the lock/key, he responded within a couple of hours, very courteous. The new key arrived 3 days later nicely packaged with a compliment slip and works perfectly in the Ignition, helmet lock and steering lock. a great supplier and professional service.
