The seller didn't drop it off to be shipped until Mar 31 and used a lame excuse of the watch being delayed due to the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and Elon Musk actions with the USPS. I work for the federal government and don't like being lied to when the only reason the package was delayed was because the seller didn't drop it off when they claimed they did. Totally unprofessional.
