    Used cling film and birthday wrapping paper for packaging, then blames Royal mail for the books getting damaged. Poor packaing all round Id say! Do better!

    He didnt want to return the books yet asked for reimbursement. I partially refunded him. Obviously its how he operates his reselling business. He sent me messages accusing me of wrapping the books in cling film only, I proved him wrong by sending photos, books were wrapped in 7 layers of thick cartoon paper and thick stretch. Maybe he doesnt know the difference between cling film and stretch :) Go , scam elsewhere
