These are NOT boxers, they are boxers briefs and are a completely different fit. Two, it states new with tags. This did not have tags, in fact, the manufacturers tags were cut out of the back. These being boxers briefs do not fit the same as boxers and a Large in boxers is not the same as a large in boxers briefs.
