He expected me to ship the CDr to a different address in the USA. I reached out to customer service and working through them now. Auction ad reads "Returns will not be accepted! Carefully see the photos and information about the product. This product is fully consistent with the photo and description. If you are in doubt about something, it is better not to buy."
