It is able to do an automatic battery capacity test. Put in test mode, the charger first charges the battery 10 100% then discharges the battery at a fixed half an Amp (500 mA) until it reaches a low voltage, recording the battery output, completing the test - but then automatically recharges the battery again, ready for use!
