They hadn’t been anywhere near. Ring doorbell confirms. I wish buyers could see who was delivering their item before purchasing. Cheaper is rarely best. Seller was responsive enough. Item was as expected, considering the box looked like it had been around the world. Good job it was only a plush toy. In fairness, the seller was ok. Everyday Deals immediately offered refund or replacement with no quibbles - in the end we did a compromise as barring the lid the product was perfect. Excellent customer service and great organisational values, I’d recommend them to others and will confidently buy from them again on the strength of this experience
