I contacted Royal Mail, but they couldn't provide updates. When you opened a dispute, I assumed your order was lost and attempted to issue a refund, but the dispute put the process on hold. The correct postage was paid, and if you'd reached out about any extra charges, I would have covered them.

Quite a few were damaged. Wouldn't normally complain here but you don't seem to be able to contact sellers lately.
