After a few days the item still hadn't been shipped so contacted the seller who wasn't sure if it had even been posted however they updated the shipping the next day and provided a tracking number. Was informed allegedly Royal mail "had it" and all the sellers other parcels had arrived. (The tracking did NOT reflect this and instead said the seller hadn't shipped it). On the 18th I requested a refund and a new batch of flowers. Seller had the cheek to refuse and demand I wait until Monday so they don't lose out on money.
