Asked for refund as it was for a birthday gift for a special birthday and tracking showed item to be stuck at depot for a week due to it being too big. Seller very hesitant to issue refund. Now finally arrived over a week late, still no refund as the item is useless to me now. I'm now 4 days past when the seller said he'd either refund or inform me where to return it to. Now stuck with somehing i dont need. I've given plety of time for them to sort this. The buyer then informed us he would refuse delivery-which he didn't, he then took the parcel and then opened an item not received case, which ebay closed in our favour, so then in spite he leaves this comment. We kept the buyer informed at all times.
