Packing was top notch, delivery spot on, device perfect for my intended usage and condition was as described/expected. Although not a huge issue, it's worth mentioning that my device arrived loaded with OS 10.15 (Catalina) and was advertised as being loaded with OS 12 Monterey. A simple software update sorted this though, so not an issue worth fussing over.
