I have two complaints: 1) I was missing some hardware. Not too hard of a fix but it is a large price tag. I wish they sent a bag of spare hardware. 2) my front glass has a small crack on one edge. It’s not too terrible but the glass holders could be better. Shipping was super fast via DHL. Overall I do recommend this seller for buying any Turkish stove.

In this case it shows accessories related to a stove, on the right side of the photo and did not came, the color of the stove on the photo is red and the one that I received is dark orange. And last, a little metal piece that goes on top didn't arrived. I'm adding photos.
