The grey just didn’t look or feel natural. My hair texture a looser curl. Maybe a 3b. My hair is not thick. This extension color is not all silver. There is some natural brass tones, WHICH I LOVE, because my hair is a natural grey mix. In all of the photos, my real hair is literally right next to the extension, and can I see no difference. It was expected to arrive in 15 days, but it only took 4 days!!Follow-up from: a***a- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.It’s been a year and this hair is exactly the same. I’ve only used about of the amount they sent. I wash and condition it regularly. I attached pieces to lips in order to thicken my hair. The length, color and texture matches my hair EXACTLY. I will be purchasing again, and only from here for as long as it’s available.

I messaged seller which was rude! denied and said their hair was good. I explained I wanted to send back and get a refund. I was told they would give me $25 back and they would look and see if they agreed and then refund. What?! Terrible customer service! 0/10 I had to contact eBay to get a refund. Run don’t walk from this!
