Overall I'm very happy with the sign and the service. The only thing I'd point out is that with the sign being so heavy it could've benefitted from more secure packaging because the package was torn in multiple places on arrival. I'm assuming it's because it moved around inside the cardboard envelope and it's weight tore at the paper/card. Maybe a bit of bubble wrap would've stopped it moving around so much.
