I don't know if I'll ever need something from Japan again, but if I do, I'm definitely getting it from zen_japanese!

Each movement of the package has been tracked and Fedex made it easy to pay import taxes. Reliable and communicative seller, I would definitely do business again. The product is as advertised. Extremely light e-reader, perfect to read scientific papers. Only real disadvantage is the somewhat dark screen, but this is intrinsic of the Kaleido 3 technology.
