The swivel punched a hole in the box during shipment. 2 of the bolts made an escape through the hole. I contacted the seller with the problem and an excuse was given. I was told they would supply the bolts. They were contacted 3 weeks later. I was told the bolts were in stock and they would send them. 40 days after the purchase and no bolts.
