Various messages back and forth and they refused to replace it, kept saying it would come out in 4-6 weeks but I was expected not to fit it for these 4-6 weeks so presumably expected me to leave it unrolled on the garden for several weeks in the hope the defect came out! Absolute joke! Offered me a pitiful £50 refund then upped it to £100, accepted it just to end dealing with such horrendous customer service!
