    The item was well packaged. Plenty of care went in to making sure all parts of the board arrived in good condition. I removed the old control board, and swapped this one in, and so far status ok. Shipping was quick. communication was good. Local hvac quoted $700 on top of the $150 to assess the problem. Saved $650 by just replacing the board myself.
