When I emailed, there was no compassion at all. AVOID THESE AT ALL COSTS. SCAMMERS WHO DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT MONEY. The battery lasted about 3 minutes after a full charge and beeps to tell me a fault all the time. I hope ebay do the right thing and ban this company.BEWARE THESE ARE SCAMMERS.
