Together with the yoga mat it’s given her ownership and autonomy which has made her super enthusiastic to practice. It’s just really fun to use them together and really special when we roll that side that asks you to say something nice about each other. She also loves making up her own yoga poses with the prompt on the dice. Whilst YouTube videos are fab, this has given us a chance to really be together and just play so it’s fun and different every time.
