After a thorough cleaning (lots of dirt, dust, and human hair) and a spraying of Febreeze, it is comfortable and functional. I still consider it a decent deal, but understand that you will not be receiving a chair that is any way refurbished or cleaned, they just disassemble, put it in a box, and ship it.

Only criticism is it didn't ship for several days after the label was created, so it was a couple days after the expected delivery date before it arrived. Not a big deal for me though. Chair was in a good shape and well packaged in the box. I can tell they put some love into refurbishing it and looks great. Good value for the price vs MSRP; is it perfect? No, as advertised. Is it 75% off retail, yes :) Would shop with OfficeLogixShop again
