    Poor quality

    Put the plug into the van opened the tap only to find it was sucking more air than water into the system The problem was the crimp around the pipe that fits into the van plug was Not tightened sufficiently to stop air being drawn into the system I then had to cut the pipe and refit with a jubilee clip very annoying luckily I had a jubilee clip with me at the time Couldn’t return item as emergency measures I had to cut the pipe Not Impressed

    Let it flow, let it flow, let it flow

    This is an item that I would consider vital to a successful caravanning trip, you simply can't do without it. It needs to be a genuine Truma item for it to work as required, no point at all cutting corners on quality let alone to risk any associated equipment malfunctioning as a result.
