Repels bugs/insects due to it's smell of different fragrances ( camphor-peppermint- etc ) Once dried, it does not wash off. Never going to use that other asphalt based black spray again ! This takes a bit longer to apply ( brush )...,,but the trees seem to like it better. They repair themselves faster now. Great stuff !!!

    Organic Sunscreen Protection For My Fruit Trees! Easy To Use!!!

    I used this pint size can to protect six fruit trees (apple, peach, orange, plumeria & olive) I planted in my garden about 5 years ago. With the remaining solution made a complete plant foliar spray to protect from the hottest days of summer, plus to keep insects at bay. Today was near 90 degrees, and some of my newest plants that I protected with IV Organic did not show any stress or wilting from heat stress. GREAT PRODUCT. I love that its also OMRI listed for organic use; a huge plus for me and my family!

    Avocado tree's

    very high price but worth the results! saved my avocado trees from high heat! plant or trees shown were in very bad shape prior to using this products, young avocado trees are very fragile.

    Great product

    Used this on my avocado trees and other citrus in the tropics. We in the Caribbean have been experiencing extremely hot sun. The young trees showed signs of sun burn, after applying this product the trees showed signs of improvement. Sprayed the solution on my other trees hopefully to keep away insects and pests.
