    From when I ordered it to when it arrived was about 8 days. 4 new 12" clamps for $84.83 total or $21.21 each. Reasonable price considering shipping. Before I bought it I asked though if it was the clamp with the yellow pads or the one with the black pads, because the product image showed 2 different clamps. The seller said it was the yellow model. I received the black model. (note: other differences aside from color). The return was no hassle and every communication was positive with the seller.

    Ok item if you want to do one job if you have more than one door spend more money

    You want quality you have to spend bigger bucks it works But it splits the other side of the door wood splits and it moves doesnt lock in place does the job

    I chose this product because I've always trusted the Irwin name but after using it, I should have gone with one of the cheaper, no-name, options.

    The jig is easy to use and is accurate enough for the task at hand but the large hole saw is not the least bit sharp, I had to use another hole saw that I had that was over 30 years old in it's place. The small hole saw, while sharp enough, was not quite large enough for the lock that I was installing but I'm sure it's the lock that was pushing the tolerances and not the hole saw. I did experience a slight alignment issue in which the jig was tilted on the edge of my door so the holes drilled from either side were off but it was less than an 1/8th of an inch and caused no issue while installing my lock.

    On Wood

    Works well on wood. I had a hard time using the small hole saw on hollow door because it has layers and layers of paper-type product, It smokes and burns instead of cutting through and gets stuck in the hole saw. A design change that would help is to change the cutout hole to a angular line like some hole saws have.

    Does the job.

    Screwed it on the door as instructed, began drilling the large hole and the plastic broke. After gluing the plastic and got the hill drill the pilot bit couldn't separate from the drill circle for the big hole. I had to go to Home Depot and buy another pilot bit to drill the small hole. I'd buy another tool with higher quality material if I were you.

    So so

    It's plastic so it bends. I still had to mark center points and shove the jig into place. Also, drilling a metal core bit through a plastic sleeve what do think is going to happen? It's going to melt the plastic if you touch it with the core bit. The router bit is useless. You can't see your center marks to place the pilot drill bit properly causing a hole that's off center. However, for the price I only really needed the 2 core bits so I give it 3 stars.
