      Brand new, worked great. Somewhat challenging to activate with a US credit card

      This was a great temporary SIM card to use while we were on vacation in the UK. You'll have to wait until you arrive, though, before you can activate it. Then, it can be a challenge to get your US card accepted to top up, unless you have an alternate means of connecting. I was able to use a little bit of data on the card before topping up, but this wasn't enough for me to get going. You may have to use wifi or call them and top up with the automated phone system. But that is a fault with EE, not this SIM card. The card was brand new and perfect for what we needed it for, and the pack activated was just as described.

      Very rubbish

      Very rubbish services and net work. Rookie week to SIM work!!!! Really bad sinegal. Also you have to have date to make call and text that rubbish. You have to download app to send text or receiving text ! What kind of network is that. Not recommend at all.

      Worked exactly as expected.

      The Sim card arrived sooner than the estimated date, and it activated while roaming on T-Mobile in the United States. After I signed up for the £15/5Gb plan, it kicked in as soon as I landed in Europe. It's the best option for those who need to have data and a local number in Europe right after arrival.

      Very disappointed

      Nothing wrong with the SIM itself but I'm less than impressed that you lose unused credit after 30 days! This was not the case with the Orange SIM it's replacing and there was no mention of it in the product information available when I bought it. This makes it terrible value for money , as it's for my elderly aunt to use in emergencies.
