    The unfortunate side of sending items is that they can get damaged in transit, especially over very long distances to another country, and the heavy autumnal rain didn't help. Prior to shipping, the item was photographed and recorded fully intact and in good working order. I can only apologise for the inconvenience caused and would have been happy to resolve the issue but the buyer didn't contact me directly.
