It cannot determine between the tv remote button and the skybox button on the same remote. Basically it’s ridiculous and the technical design of it needs looking at. I will try to persist and find ways around the problem, but if I cannot then it will be no good for purpose and will be returned.

However, Yodel are completely useless and I had to pick the package up from the local depot as they "couldn't find the address" despite it having a great big sign immediately outside! Whilst of course that's not the seller's fault, I'd suggest considering using an alternative courier in future, as this added a significant delay and inconvenience to the delivery process. Otherwise, all good :)
