Postage costs were quite high but this was a heavy item so not exorbitant. I was very pleased with the condition of the item which did appear 'as new' and in what looked like original packaging, with all leads present and correct and in sealed plastic bags. Battery is a 'UPS Trader' branded item so difficult to tell quality but I've no reason to suspect issues. With a 12-month warranty this was a great purchase and excellent service.

The UPS is a 240V AC device. Plugging it directly into the above device would instantly kill it.Cables are intelligently designed to prevent people plugging the wrong type of power into a device - preventing a disaster here.We emailed a link to an adapter that allows you to plug DC adapters into a UPS. Instead of buying that they left a negative feedback. Unfathomable.
