    Fast acting superglue accelerator - an essential tool.

    This stuff really is an essential accessory for anyone using superglue. It works pretty immediately on contact with the glue even if the glue is quite thick. Just takes a quick spray to do the business - without much need for accuracy as long as you hit the glue. Evaporates without trace - on most surfaces I guess. Leaves the glue completely transparent too. Extremely useful for awkward situations - put glue on one surface, accelerator on the other and bring together.

    I suggest you pay a little more for an activator which actually works.

    I am used to activators which work instantly - often giving off heat and a whiff of smoke. This one didn't appear to make any difference to the medium thick cyanoacrylate I sprayed it on. I read the instructions, and they said to shake the can. So I shook the can vigorously and tried again. It still didn't work - it seemed to have no effect on the glue. I tried the dregs from my previous brand name activator and it worked perfectly. I contacted the supplier but they didn't bother to respond.

    Essential addition

    I use cyanoacrylates as fillings on wood turning projects and to repair cracks, being able to get the adhesive to set pretty much instantly is a huge benefit and as a spray it is easy to use.

    A handy spray

    It’s a great superglue activator. We’ve used loads of this stuff. My wife finds it invaluable for fixing all the things that I inadvertently break. It has a great smell and its compact size means it can easily fit in her handbag or suitcase. A truly great product and worthy of a 5* rating. Will buy again soon!
